Ketentuan dan Aturan

 

  1. AceNet Internet Services (Layanan) memberikan kepada pelanggan yang terdaftar berhak untuk memanfaatkan dan memberi manfaat dari layanan AceNet di bawah syarat dan kondisi yang dinyatakan di sini.

  2. Pelanggan bertanggung jawab atas informasi, file, data yang dikirimkan dan diterima melalui Internet melalui AceNet. Pelanggan diwajibkan untuk mematuhi semua peraturan dan ketentuan yang ditetapkan oleh Situs Web, Newsgroup atau Jaringan yang diakses oleh pelanggan melalui Layanan. Pelanggan tidak menyalahgunakan Layanan oleh setiap tindakan yang akan menimbulkan kerusakan pada pihak lain.

  3. AceNet berhak untuk menangguhkan atau membatalkan akses pelanggan terhadap Layanan, atas setiap pelanggaran terhadap syarat dan kondisi ini oleh pelanggan, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada kegagalan untuk melakukan pembayaran tepat waktu untuk Layanan. Dalam hal demikian, pelanggan dibatalkan masih akan bertanggung jawab atas semua kewajiban sisa pembayaran.

  4. Sebagai kompensasi atas Layanan, pelanggan wajib melakukan pembayaran kepada AceNet termasuk pendaftaran tidak dapat dikembalikan dan biaya bulan pertama dibayar pada saat pendaftaran, dan biaya berlangganan bulanan berikutnya, termasuk jika ada, biaya tambahan untuk layanan lain yang diminta oleh pelanggan, yang dibayarkan sebelum tanggal jatuh tempo pada tanggal 25 setiap bulan.

  5. Semua biaya dibebankan untuk Layanan harus didasarkan pada daftar harga yang sudah ditentukan AceNet, dikenakan pajak pemerintah 10%, dan dapat berubah dari waktu ke waktu. Dalam hal terjadi perubahan harga, AceNet akan mengumumkan perubahan dalam Surat Web Site, dan pelanggan akan diberitahu melalui e-mail mereka dalam waktu 14 hari sebelum tanggal efektif perubahan.

  6. Layanan Pembayaran dapat dilakukan melalui transfer Bank dan Kas, Untuk transfer Bank, pelanggan diharuskan untuk mengirimkanbukti pembayaran melalui fax, sms, bbm atau melalui e-mail ke accounting@acenet.net.id.

  7. AceNet bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan 24 x 7 x 365 koneksi internet berdasarkan paket yang diminta oleh pelanggan pada saat pendaftaran. Pelanggan harus memiliki akses ke segala bentuk dukungan yang tersedia di AceNet dengan menghubungi Customer Care Call Center, email ke acecare@acenet.net.id

  8. AceNet harus memastikan privasi dan kerahasiaan pelanggan, kecuali bila hukum Indonesia mensyaratkan pengungkapan informasi tersebut. Meskipun AceNet akan melakukan segala daya untuk memastikan operasinya Jasa dalam kondisi prima, AceNet tidak menjamin bahwa layanan tidak akan terganggu atau bebas kesalahan. AceNet tidak bertanggung jawab atas kualitas infrastruktur telekomunikasi umum, backbone internet, dan peralatan yang dibutuhkan untuk Layanan, dan keadaan lain di luar kendali AceNet. AceNet tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian yang timbul dari gangguan dari Layanan akibat bencana alam, kebakaran, sabotase, perang, dan keadaan lain karena perubahan kebijakan pemerintah yang mengatur lingkungan operasi AceNet.

  9. AceNet berhak untuk sebagian atau seluruhnya mengubah syarat dan ketentuan berlangganan. AceNet akan menginformasikan kepada pelanggan dari setiap perubahan tersebut melalui AceNet Web Site dan / atau e-mail.

 

Terms and Condition

 

  1. AceNet Internet Services (the Services) is intended for registered subscribers who are entitled to utilize and benefit from all AceNet’s services under the terms and conditions stated herein. As such, subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their User ID, and are liable for all obligations arising from the any misuse of subscribers’ user ID and password, including any unauthorized use by a third party.

  2. Subscribers are responsible for any information, files, data transmitted and received through the Internet via AceNet. Subscribers are obliged to comply with all the rules and regulations set out by the Web Sites, Newsgroup or Network that are accessed by subscribers via the Services. Subscribers must not misuse the Services by any actions that will inflict damage on other parties.

  3. AceNet reserves the rights to suspend or cancel subscribers’ accesses to the Services, upon any breach of this terms and conditions by the subscribers, including but not limited to a failure to make a timely payment for the Services. In such event, cancelled subscribers will still be liable for all their remaining payment obligations.

  4. As compensation for the Services, subscribers are obliged to make payment to AceNet including the non-refundable registration and first-month fees payable at the time of registration, and subsequent monthly subscription fees, including if any, additional fees for other services as requested by subscribers, payable before the due date on the 10th day of each month. In the event that AceNet’s engineers have been called upon to attend to fault at subscribers’ premises, AceNet shall charge subscribers for such visits.

  5. All chargeable fees for the Services shall be based on AceNet’s pre-determined price list, subject to government tax of 10%, and may change from time to time. In the event of price change, AceNet will announce such changes in its Web Site, and subscribers will be notified through their e-mails within 14 days prior to the effective date of change.

  6. Payment for the Services can be made through Bank transfer, Cash, or Credit Card. For Bank transfer, subscribers are required to fax proof of payment by fax, sms, bbm or by e-mail. For Credit Card payment, subscribers need to have credit card with at least three months validity, and sign a credit card authorization letter. Any change in mode of payment should be informed to AceNet by fax or e-mail to accounting@acenet.net.id

  7. AceNet is responsible for providing 24 x 7 x 365 Internet connection based on the package requested by subscribers at the time of registration. Subscribers shall have access to any form of supports available at AceNet by calling our Customer Care Call Center, email acecare@acenet.net.id

  8. AceNet shall ensure the privacy and confidentiality of subscribers, except when Indonesian law requires the disclosure of such information. While AceNet will do everything in its power to ensure its Services operating in top condition, AceNet does not warrant that its services will be uninterrupted or error-free. AceNet shall not be held responsible for the quality of public telecommunication infrastructure, Internet backbone, and equipment needed for the Services, and other circumstance beyond AceNet’s control. AceNet is not responsible for any losses arising from the disruptions of the Services due to natural disasters, fire, sabotage, war, and other circumstances due to changes in government policy that regulates AceNet’s operating environment.

  9. AceNet reserves the rights to partially or entirely change the subscription terms and conditions. AceNet will inform subscribers of any such changes through AceNet’s Web Site and/or subscriber’s e-mails.
